Delivery Service

We only use our preferred courier company TA-Q-BIN for all our courier services in Singapore.

All orders will be given a “Tracking Code” which can be used to track the status of the delivery and referencing for redelivery. Tracking Code are provided upon request.

Off Work Hour Delivery

Please indicate your request for off work hour delivery (between 6-10pm) of your manuka honey. Also please indicate your preferred delivery time of either between 6-8pm or 8-10pm.

Please note that while we try to deliver between your preferred timeslot, the ultimate delivery of your manuka honey may varies due to traffic condition.

Redelivery

In the event that the manuka honey was delivered without recipient, a call will me made to rearrange a delivery with either later in the day or the next working day. Please make sure that the contact number provided is correct.

Delivery Fee

Each delivery will be charged at SGD6.00 for order less than SGD70.00 Free Delivery for order over SGD100.

Next Day Delivery

All orders made before 6pm will have the products delivered to your designated address between 1- 6pm the next working day.

Orders made after Thursday 6pm will have the delivery made on Monday between 1 - 6pm. There will no delivery made on Saturday expect for redelivery.
