Delivery of Manuka Honey in Malaysia

We only use our preferred courier company Malaysia Pos for all our courier services in Malaysia.

All orders will be given a “Tracking Code” which can be used to track the status of the delivery and referencing for redelivery. To track status of the delivery, click on "Poslaju" and enter the tracking code at Malaysia Pos website.

Delivery Fee for Malaysia

Each delivery will be charged at SGD20.00 for order less than SGD100.00. Free Delivery for order over SGD100.00.

Delivered between Tuesday - Friday

All orders made before 6pm on friday will be delivered to your designated address in Malaysia on next Tuesday if it is within Poslaju Service area. For area service by Post Office Delivery, delivery will be made on Wednesday or Thursday.

Redelivery

In the event that the honey was delivered without recipient, a notice will be issued by Pos Malaysia to inform you that the delivered made has failed. Please follow the instructions provided by Pos Malaysia to receive your products.
